Being in Jamaica on this mission trip is so different than any other mission trip I've been on in the past. The infirmary was so different than what I expected. Everyone living there was so happy and were always smiling. The kids at the schools are the sweetest kids you could ever meet and are so interested in learning where we came from and what it's like. They are so entertaining and have such good hearts. I was worried at first that they wouldn't listen when we asked, but they listen better than I could have asked for. Not only is working with the kids amazing, but the construction site is so much fun with the group's I was placed with. Everyone works so hard and always have a smile no matter how hot or tired everyone is.
