After 9 hours of bonding on the road, we have made it to our destination, Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church!

Good morning! We ate some breakfast, had our devotions, and jumped into church mode. We sang praise and worship, God is worthy!

We spent some time this afternoon in Little Havana to get a taste of some of the Miami culture.

We are so thankful for this delicious food provided by Brother Bentley! Jerk chicken, anyone?

We were in charge of the sports portion of our partner church’s VBS. A lot of friendships were made.

Our team was tasked with painting the front gates of the church and a side building. Operation Love Your Neighbor is underway!

We left it all out on the field today with the kids. Such a blessing to see God work!

The team is already hard at work painting fences and disposing of some old refrigerators and other items for the church.

Working in the heat all day requires a quote from one of the most well known office managers. ;)

It has been so much fun creating some sweet, sweet relationships this week with the kids.

Water + Bubbles + Tarp = a lot of happy hearts!
