Today was the official start date of our trip. We enjoyed our Sunday service with Memorial Highway Haitian Baptist Church. Our highlight of the service was when Sheena from Brown Baptist did a praise dance to the song “For Every Mountain”
We cannot wait to see what all God has in-store for us this week. Please continue to keep us in prayer.

Today we started out VBS with the kids at Memorial Hwy Baptist. Today’s lesson was on JOY and the Fruits of The Spirit. We did a skit on Acts 16 , danced and did Arts and crafts with the kids.

Getting ready to serve Broward Outreach Mission. This is a shelter for adults who are homeless and disenfranchised. It’s an honor to serve this mission and the local community.

Today’s debrief was awesome. We did a short team building on how we all come from different walks of life but doing the work of the Lord connects us to His Purpose and to each other.

This afternoon we took time to help the Miami Children’s Initiative paint a tennis court in Liberty City Florida. In speaking with Joseph the Health & Wellness director, the goal is to start a Tennis Camp.

This afternoon we spent time with the kids at MCI teaching them dances and the meaning of having a VISA ( Vision, Integrity, Stability and Avoid)

Today was the Gran finally if the VBS and we were so impressed by the dance team. In just a few days these young ladies learned an entire routine. Great Job Ladies !

The Dobbins came all the way from Memphis with 53 yrs of marriage, 4 biological kids , 9 Foster kids! and they have traveled the world on mission trips since 2005. My soul has been full with so much knowledge of marriage, parenting and more. I honestly believe the purpose of me being on this trip was to meet the Dobbins!
