What a full day we’ve had! After we crossed the border we visited Friendship Park where we met Hector, a deported veteran who taught us about the plight of people who have served the US military but are not barred from the country they once served.
From there we drove down the coast to Ensenada and got settled in at our host church, Monte Sinai. We had dinner at the church and then went to a soccer game to cheer for Pastor Luis’s son Isaac. He scored 3 goals and they won 3-1.
After that we went over to the embarcadero and enjoyed the fountains before heading back to the church where we prayed for our ministry this week and collapsed in bed!
