PPM Disaster Response: Tropical Depression Imelda

Less than two years after Hurricane Harvey devastated Houston and the surrounding areas, tropical depression Imelda has left many of those communities under water again. Current estimates 11,000 homes and counting have been impacted by widespread flooding. Most of the homes in Hamshire and Orange that received teams after Harvey are again flooded following the storm.
