The whole team made it to Puerto Rico safely and then we traveled to our host church Iglesia Monte Santo Metodista in beautiful mountain town of Baranquitas. All our excited for the church service tomorrow as some of the team will be singing special music and 3 given their testimonies.

VBS Day 1

Wistle while you work

After VBS in the morning we worked on prepping the outside of the church to be painted tomorrow. To be fair the guys are not in this picture there were in back working with plumbing issues.
Snowball Fight PR style

This morning our lesson was on the Christmas story so the group explained snowed to the children. Then to make it fun we went outside and had a snowball (cotton ball) fight.
Painting the Church

During VBS part of the team continued working on painting the outside of the church building. After VBS the whole team join in painting the church.
Adventures in the sea

The team is doing fine and well. Today we had an adventure in the sea doing catamaran and snorkling in the island of Icaco (Puerto Rico). After that we took a trip to old San Juan where they are now. It has been a beautiful rainy day!
