North Coast Church

We are ready for a second year serving alongside Pastor Julio in Patzicia.

At the beginning of this week we take time to worship God and thank Him for His mercy.

We started the day with an outdoor activity where we played and worshiped God with the youth of the Aposento Alto church.

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.8  Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 

We had the first church service with the local church. It was a huge blessing to be able to share with them and see them again.

Today, we started with our ministries. Before splitting into two groups, we spent some time praying for the grocery bags we were going to deliver to 36 families. 

And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

This is a family that we met last year and they impacted our lives in a big way. We’ve seen God working in their lives and we have been so blessed to be part of their testimony. It was so nice to hear what God has done since we met them and how He has been working!

Today during VBS we learned about how God was with David. We loved seeing the kids’ faces enjoying our skit. What another fun day we had today with these kids!

Our last day doing construction. We almost finished all ditches. It was hard work, but we enjoyed helping with the construction of the church of this village. 

Today, we went to Antigua as part of our last day in Guatemala. We went to multiple places, ate a bunch of food and had a great time with the people of this beautiful country. 

We'll miss you, Guatemala. We can't wait to go back home and share with friends and family what we experienced this week in Patzicia.
