Se prepararon 32 bolsas de alimentos para cada familia en la comunidad. La mayoria de estos alimentos son primordiales en estas comunidades ya que son muy escasas en la zona. La gente tiene que viajar horas en bote para adquirir este tipo de productos.

32 bags of food were prepared for each family in the community. Most of these foods are essential in these communities since they are very scarce in the area. People have to travel hours by boat to buy these types of products.

Además de ser una bendición material, cada producto y bolsa llevaron las oraciones de los miembros de la iglesia de Sucusari para ser bendición espiritual. Las hermanas muy gozosas de hacer llegar estos productos a los que realmente necesitan.

In addition to being a material blessing, each product and bag carried the prayers of the members of the Sucusari church to be a spiritual blessing. The sisters are very happy to get these products to those who really need them.

Nuestro barbero tuvo un dia muy ocupado con tantos clientes que venian a hacerse el corte de cabello. Tuvimos mas de 30 hombres entre adultos y niños como clientes.

Our barber had a very busy day with so many clients coming in for their haircuts. We had more than 30 men between adults and children as clients.

Uno de los momentos mas divertidos es a la hora del almuerzo cuando podemos escuchar las experiencias y anecdotas de cada hermano. Sus testimonios animan nuestra vida espiritual. 

One of the funniest moments is at lunchtime when we can listen to the experiences and anecdotes of each brother. Their testimonies encourage our spiritual life.

Hoy el clima estuvo caluroso y decidimos realizar nuestra escuela biblica afuera de la iglesia. Los niños muy contentos participaron de la clase bíblica. 

Today the weather was hot and we decided to hold our Bible school outside the church. The children very happy participated in the Bible class.

Hoy la clase fue acerca de la historia de Jonás y el pez. Los niños cantaron, jugaron, colorearon y recibieron caramelos. todo etuvo divertido!

Today the class was about the story of Jonah and the fish. The children sang, played, colored and received candies. everything was fun!

Toda la comunidad estuvo invitada a nuestro culto evangelistico. Pastor Jorge dió la bienvenida a cada morador en la puerta del lugar. En poco tiempo el lugar se llenó con toda la población. 

The entire community was invited to our evangelistic service. Pastor Jorge welcomed each resident at the door of the place. In a short time the place was filled with the entire population.

Despues del mensaje evangelístico varios pasaron al frente para reconciliarse con el Señor Jesucristo y dos jóvenes creyeron en Jesus por primera vez. Pastor Jorge estuvo sorprendido por la respuesta de las personas que pasaron al frente. Muchos de ellos en el pasado eran reacios a escuchar la palabra de Dios.

After the evangelistic message several went forward to be reconciled with the Lord Jesus Christ and two young people believed in Jesus for the first time. Pastor Jorge was surprised by the response of the people who came forward. Many of them in the past were reluctant to listen to the word of God.

Despues de mucho tiempo los niños volvieron a tener una escuela biblica en donde aprendieron canticos, versos biblicos, y ddespues del mensaje evangelistico quisieron compartir su versiculo de memoria y el cantico que aprendieron. Fue hermoso ver a estos niños cantando al Señor.

After a long time the children once again had a Bible school where they learned songs, Bible verses, and after the evangelistic message they wanted to share their memorized verse and the song they learned. It was beautiful to see these children singing to the Lord.

Hicimos entrega de los alimentos a cada familia. Cada familia quedó muy contento por este gesto de parte de la iglesia local de Sucusari.

We delivered food to each family. Each family was very happy with this gesture from the local church of Sucusari.
