This morning we attended service at Anthem! It was great to meet their congregation before we begin serving with them this week!

Group spirits are up as we hit the worksites! A 6:30 breakfast call means an earlier (and hopefully cooler) day. After fueling up at lunch, the team is hopeful to finish up some houses! Go team!

As the afternoon heats up, our team cooled down (or not) by taking out a ceiling fan as a “break.”
“It was a break, we broke the fan.”
Spirits are high as the temperature climbs and we start to wrap up the afternoon. God bless!

Team 1 has moved on to house 3! Working on what a previous PPM group started, the team is hopeful for another completed house! Spirits are high as the team encounters many of God’s creatures: lizards, iguanas, and a new addition: roaches. With Bible verses written on the walls, the team is feeling the spirit move in their work!

Today is our last work day! We completed 3 houses this week and had a great time working as a team and learning new skills! We have been so blessed to help people we haven’t met and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve this week!

Great picture of everyone. May God Bless your work there and keep you all in his care. God has gone before you and made preparations for you there. Continued prayers for the adventure He has planned. Thank you for being God’s hands and feet and voice. Ephesians 2:10 reads “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
