Alabama Crew

The Alabama team has landed safely! Tomorrow is a new day and the team is enthusiastic to give this week a great start!  The week will bring engaging kids, ministry and home visitations. 

Day two! The team led the morning service for the children. We had dancing, games, crafts and of course snacks!

The team took some time to socialize with each other! This is important so that we can learn more about each other. 

Today the team took the initiative to visit the nearby houses and invite them for church service tonight and especially the children for VBS this week! 

The females of the Alabama Crew learned how to make Pastora's famous pepper sauce.

Tonight the team attended the Sunday service night! Sister Ester shared her testimony and Pastor Michael preached the word of God! He stated " A moment does not define you" 

The team started off strong by boarding the groceries on to the bus to bring them back at the church! Then the team packed up all the bags ready for food distribution! We also got the blessing of some strong rain! Let's go! 

The team started preparing the walls for paint-scraping all the lifting paint and removing the dust.

Painting project is on! 

The children learned about Jonah and the whale! We had a little visit from Ariel and the children where so excited! 

Tuesday's VBS topic was Daniel in the lion's den!

Learning about Paul and Silas! The kids were able to put together a beautiful arts and craft! We had dancing and lots of fun!!

The team visited homes today where we all learned about different life styles and necessities. We prayed over each and every family. God has provided more than we even know. 

The painting project is complete !! The team also re-touched the mural painted by a past team about ten years ago! We are excited to have been a part of this creation.
