Getting ready for the day, to serve and to build new relationships! 

Today we focused on Genesis 12:1-3 and how God had told Abraham to leave his home and everything he knew behind to go to the land that God will show him. God spoke to Abraham and Abraham said yes. 

Imagine just getting up one day and just leaving everything you ever knew and not knowing where to go. 

Where will God lead you today? Will you go?

Taking the time to reach out to the community and meeting new people. We are looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow for Parent's Night!

Had a great 1st day of fellowship with the congregation!!

Excited for all the ways we will get to partner with the Lord this week through serving with First Baptist of Marlborough! 

We jumped into a bit of park outreach this afternoon as we made due with what weather we had and as we anticipate the potential raining day tomorrow! 

We got the chance to invite a handful of families to the events that we have at the church this week!! We also enjoyed some quality time with eachother playing at the park being a light to the neighborhood!

Some of us played basketball while at the park!! There were a good amount of teenagers at the park who were very amused by our play!! 

It really is fun to be leaning into simply being present in public spaces waiting for the Lord's nudging to meet new people and have relational conversations.  

Tonight we split our team up for dinner going to two different restaurants at two different ethnic foods! 

It was great having some intentional time in smaller groups enjoying a meal together after a full day of ministry! 

You told us you don't like Indian food? For us, that's a naan starter.

Enjoyed our time at the Indian restaurant. Trying new dishes and having some laughs together. 

Today we were able to help the church get some organization done. We were able to take everything out of a closet, throw out trash and organize the Christmas ornaments. We cannot wait to see the end result!

Some of our group were able to help paint some parts of the church. Not only that but we were also able to learn a new skill! We cannot wait to continue to learn new things about ourselves and just to continue to grow spiritually!

Had a successful event tonight loving on a bunch of kiddos. It was a great night of pizza, games, fun and a bible lesson and songs!! 

Our team had a fabulous time watching/hanging with the kids as their parents went out on dates and spent time in fellowship with other parents! 

Here the 'Big' kids started on a fun cross craft! 

We are leaning into our perspective of Missions this week, as we know that we can do a variety of things for the kingdom! 

Some of our students got to learn how to paint today! And honestly we did a pretty good job if I do say so myself. 

We had so much fun tonight! We were able to play some really fun games and really connect with the kids. As well as seeing our own group just show leadership and love on them all! We are so excited to see them again tomorrow for movie night!

Trying to cool down? Join our youth at the park for some popsicles!! 

Today is sadly our last day of outreach in Marlborough. But that isn't where it ends! We cannot wait to do more outreach back at the Big Apple. 

Getting ready to pass out these yummy cookies that we have made! We are looking forward to meeting the people that God will put in our path.

Ethan was a champ and volunteered to hang with the kiddos who didn't want to watch the movie (or more accurately are to little to sit still for that long).

We are so thankful for the Pastors, church, Shannon, James and even for our group. We got to build great relationships and even make some ripples that will one day become an even bigger effect. I cannot wait to see the great plans that God has for everyone here that has served!

Our PPM Staff were gifted pencil cases with images of strong women. They were told they lead our team well and powerfully! 

Thanks for the gifts!! 

Before heading back to New York we had to stop at Boston to show them who's best! 

Truly loved our time getting to know more about the U.S.S Constitution Ship as well as the Bunker Hill Monument! As the great Ethan has said "they still lost though". Said like a true New Yorker!

And we are headed home!! Our mission is not done! It's has only just begun. Prayers for safe travels home and expectant hearts for the Lord to continue to use us back in New York City being a light and loving people in simple but beautiful ways!
