Tulpehocken Church

Today we were blessed with a great sermon from Pastor Steve. He preached about how we, the church, are the ones who can make a difference in our world. 

This afternoon we went to the site where we will be gutting a trailer that was affected by Hurricane Ian.   This is the before picture. Our main job will be tearing out the floors. 

Everyone had there rooms to work in and it was off to work ripping up the floors. 

After eating our lunch we went down to the boat dock and got to see a manatee swim by. 

Each night our group leader shares a devotional with us about people in the Bible that were sent by God to places He called them to. As we reflect on Gods word we can see God’s calling for us to Florida. 

Everyone has a job as we near completion. 

After a hot, hot, hot day of working we were told we could swim in the pool that is right next to the house we were working on.

This is just one pile we removed from the house. 

For recreation day we decided to go to Sanibel Island known for the abundance of seashells. We had a contest to see who found the best shell.
