Pastor Testimony:
Pastor Diego was known as the black sheep of the family as a child because he was always doing something rebellious. God, with his loving correction, was drawing him in, but he refused to obey his voice One day, his brother was going to Limon and stopped him in Bijagua and invited him to a special campaign at this exact church that he now pastors. He came, thinking he could just attend and leave, but Jesus captured his heart. He was 31 years old. There was a transformation. His family and marriage was rough, but Christ began redeeming broken relationships in his life! It has been a journey of many highs and some lows. He has had his share of doubts and at one point he even gave up his family because he was too committed to the church (a huge mistake he confesses). He has learned the importance of balance in ministry. He’s seen God heal his wife of terminal sickness and many more miracles. Pastor has been married to Zida (pronounced Saida) for 30 years. They have 2 adult children (Lucas and Juan) and 2 grandchildren. He has been a full-time pastor at this church for 16 years.

Iglesia Bíblica Fuente de Vida is alive and growing! The church desires to share the Gospel and provide a safe haven for their local community. They have a passion for meeting needs they see throughout their community and developing relationships that honor and glorify God. The men's ministry goes to the park often to play volleyball with community members and encourages them and prays for them. The women's ministry often delivers groceries to families in need, prays for them, and invites them to church activities. The youth currently has small group Bible studies in homes through the area.
