Pastor David came to the church when he was six and he was always active in church. Throughout his teenage years, he was conflicted about his faith. He kept going to church, but became distant in his heart. Years passed and he still felt the call of the Lord to ministry, so even with questions and confusion, he got his Masters of Divinity. It was during that time studying, that his faith was once again renewed. Later on, he started the role of Ministry Specialist at Praying Pelican Missions and in 2022, he was called as pastor of the church. Married with 1 child, Isaura was in a time of her life when she felt alone and full of sadness. At a service at the church in Utuado, there was an invited guest preacher and through his sermon, she felt God calling her back to Him. The preacher walked right up to her and held out his palm to her and said "come, Jesus, is calling you.” It was then she gave her life to Christ! She moved to San Juan and started attending the church. She started serving faithfully in many ministries and ended up becoming a lay leader of spirituality.
