We started in a house with high risk in different ways, like flooding and things like it, but even with all that, it was where God wanted us to be. We had several situations there, but after a year, God gave us this place where we are now! We met a Missionary Pastor, and he and his team helped us with many of our building materials and work; we sold the old house to finish the building we have now! The church at the beginning had close to 15 people, and nowadays we are 35; it Is a small community and a very catholic place in Atenas. It’s been hard to overcome that, but some community families helped us work in the new building. We are so thankful for everything God has done and see God’s hand every day in different forms. We are a church that loves God, and we want Him always to be leading us in everything we do or are planning to do; in our ministry, we are ready to love people, but at the same time, we are prepared to confront their sins and guide them to repentant and surrender their lives fully to God recognizing that he is the only that will change us for better.
