Pastor Testimony:
Beatriz was born in a Christian family. Pastor Roberto wasn't. When Beatriz was 14, she got baptized. Pastor Roberto didn't know anything about the Bible or God. When he was 17 years old, he converted. He started to know about God at a church called La Puerta (The Door), a church of what some people might call “hippies.” He went to that church thinking that it was a dance and that before dancing, people prayed. When they prayed over him, he started to speak in tongues, and he left mad because he thought it was them the ones that made him speak like that, but it was God who truly spoke to him. After he understood the magnitude of what occurred, he accepted salvation. And from there, he dedicated his life to serving God.

Agape Casa de Dios
The church became official in 2005 and has moved around frequently, due to the nature of renting a facility to meet in. The mission of the church is reaching people for Christ. They open small groups in homes where they teach members to be faithful and have fellowship with one another. They take the task of discipleship seriously, and after a period of time teaching and learning, they launch out their members with the task of opening a small group in a house. And the cycle restarts. Win, consolidate, disciple, and send. That's the cycle.
