Pastor Testimony:
I was born again in 1994. I was alone in the house reading the Bible and was convicted to give my life to Jesus. From that time I joined a Church and became very active in the youth department and fellowships which helped me grow. In 1999, God called me into full time ministry and to date I have served Him. Rev. Eric is married to Elizabeth and they have 2 children.
Meet the church:
Free Pentecostal Fellowship in Kenya (FPFK) Kitengela
Reverend Eric was born again in 1994. From that time, he joined a church and became very active with the youth and in fellowship That helped his relationship with Christ grow. In 1999, God called him into full time ministry and since that time he has served Him. Rev. Eric is married to Elizabeth and they have 2 children. The Church started in 2019 as Rev. Eric began hosting home fellowships in his house. Rev. Eric went to visit the overseer of Free Pentecostal Fellowships in Kenya (FPFK). They talked about setting up a church in Kitengela and he accepted. They acquired land and put up an iron-sheet structure. The church was heavily affected by COVID-19 where many members lost their jobs and went back to their rural homes. The importance of the church to the community is that we started a children’s ministry, where twice a month on Saturdays they teach and feed them. The church also reaches out to the youth in the community, using sports evangelism to win them to Christ and keep them off drugs. The church, regardless of the challenges, is growing strong.
