Soooo glad that we are all together after monrhs of planning, praying and preoaeung. How wonderful to know that God has GREAT things planned for EACH of us this week!!! Pray for us!!! We just want to used by Him this week in Miami !!!

How awesome to eat breakfast with people from the congregation BEFORE Sunday School this morning. We sat together and met and ate together as family. The youth went to Youth Sunday School and the adults went to Adult Sunday School. The adults were learning about the importance of deleting fear in our lives. The Youth learned about how to be 100% committed to God and the example used was David who went from Shepherd to King. Service was GREAT. Everyone came up front and spoke, God was really in that service. Preaching, singing and communion too!!

Soooo much to have our team eating at a local spot...delicious chicken, pork, rice, black beansnd plantaines, too. BEST was the laughter around the table throughout the meal. Later we went into downtown Miami and lhwn ww came home to our "authentic" Jamaican meal.

The tables were set, the cake was baked and then the festivities began. Happy Birthday Bryce..we love celebrating..and are soooo glad you were born!! PPM BONUS!!! Soooo much fun to celebrate Gid's gift of life!!! Plus...we got cake!!! Looking forward to tomorrow's ministry at Miami Children's Initiative in Liberty City!! Please remember to pray for us!!!

Hanging out at our favorite city in Miami...Liberty City...where hope is grown. Our team is helping to remove trash, meet the neighbors, Invite the community to yoga at 1pm and then after-school assisting for preschool-6th grade!!! Liberty City is a community of 8 blocks where many organizations come and provide resources to the school, the community and the lives of its residents. Education is a high priority along with safer streets for its residents. PPM has come alongside of the Miami Children's Initiative for a few years now and it has been a continual improvement each time we. Ring in a team. Pray for us as we come alongside this community. How fun to spend time with the kids after-school...we have been waiting for them!!!

Hairdressers, love, play and Jesus....we can soooo see Jesus playing with EACH one here--so we doing the same. May need a little aspirin later. ..ha ha

Delicious choices at the food trucks tonight. Better choice was the gelato dipped in chocolate and rolled in deliciousness. Smiles all aroud....

Our team is at the Resource Center of His House- ministry of foster care with a Jesus focus. These kids are placed in "homes" with other kids in a "family unit" with other kids and "parents" who love & care for these kids who have been removed from the birth families by the court because of them experiencing neglect or abuse or deplorable situations. We are organizing the Pantry & the Warehouse until this afternoon when we get to be with the kids after achool--bringing an ice cream social with us as well. "PARENTS--YOUR KIDS ARE AMAZING ORGANIZERS & WORKERS!!! Thank you for them!!!

One of my most favorite moments this week so far...students and leaders listening to each other's stories, affirming and praying for one another. They are becoming more equipped to tell THEIR stories more boldly and courageously to one another and the world. Pray for us & for opportunities tomorrow!!

Come inside of Cottage #23 that houses kids birth-3 yes. old. His House values meals & time around the dining room table, outside in the back yard & the living room, too. Each child has their own bed, toys, dresser, clothes and space. Their stay is anywhere from 2 months to 2 years. This special icottage also has a teenage mom with her newborn living in community We are going outside to paint the trim of 4 cottages before the kids get back from school .

Painting on a street with 4 homes and making them look awesome...just one of our tasks around the property before another ice cream social this afternoon. Gotta say, love serving with this team this week!!! Personally, I think their parents are loving these skills being brought to the surface---might be some "future asks" in their future...lol.

Yeah, we are doing just fine on this 90 degree overcast day...it's going to be hard saying "so long for now" tomorrow morning. Stay tuned for pics of our upcoming dinner on the beach tonight---something brand new for a Miami Mission Trip with PPM.

And here is the beginning of our dinner tonight. ..shrimp, crab, corn, potatoes, sausage and awesome seasonings...what a way to have a meal???

Empty the pot...pour it on the table...dig in until it's gone. BOOM!! Dinner is served !!!

We hate saying goodbye to our team this week...they just BROUGHT it...willing peeps to say YES to Jesus by doing anything little or big, playing, praying, and now want more. This team blessed Jesse' and my heart sooo much as we gave from all we are & they gave from their whole heart as well to us at PPM Staff. 2018...where are going Sarah Bebe? May you each remember YOU are God's "masterpiece" created ON purpose FOR a purpose. We as PPM missionaries have felt privileged to serve alongside you...ALL of you...EACH of you!!! And EACH one of you who supported this team in prayer, finances, and encouragement are part of the LIFE CHANGERS who were commissioned this morning. They will be home tonight...listen to their stories and know YOU were on this missiontrip this week. Thank you!!
