Our staff is ready and waiting for the team to arrive! We have spent lots of time preparing, praying, and getting pumped for this week. We can't wait to see what God is going to do! As soon as the team arrives, we will head to eat some delicious pizza and then drive to San Fernando where we will be serving this week.

Iglesia (Church)

by Anna Morgan | March 12, 2017 1:50 PM

This morning we were able to worship with our Costa Rica church family. Amelia shared her testimony and Pastor Thomas shared a word from the Lord. He encouraged the congregation in the fact that they are children of the living God and He offers Living Water to us. We feel right at home here and are so excited about what God has in store.

Catching the Vision

by Anna Morgan | March 12, 2017 1:55 PM

We had the opportunity to hear from Pastor Emanuel and Maricel this afternoon. They shared their testimony, vision for the community, and the dreams that are becoming a reality. This is our motivation for the week... To become an extension of their hands and feet.

Food Distribution

by Anna Morgan | March 13, 2017 3:05 PM

This afternoon we have the privilege of delivering food to 15 families in the community. Some of these families are part of the church, but have true physical needs. Some of these families are not in church or Catholic and our team is reaching out to them to tell them about having a real relationship with Jesus. The food is a mean to meet a physical need SO THAT we can learn about and meet a spiritual need. We are excited about talking and sharing with families.

Futbol time!

by Anna Morgan | March 13, 2017 10:52 PM

This afternoon we got to play football with the youth of the community. When we invited the children at the school to the soccer game, one little girl was so excited about it. She told the team she would be there and that "she was strong and she was not afraid!" Ha! She was right. Her and her friends played us well and we had a wonderful time.

by Jacky Navarro | March 14, 2017 12:55 PM

Paper, duck tape and chalk make a good opportunity to talk about the great miracle Jesus did in the cross for us! The kids loved it!

Women are women everywhere!

by Anna Morgan | March 14, 2017 4:36 PM

This afternoon we experienced an unforgettable time with the women of San Fernando. Stories were shared, tears were cried, encouragement was given, and hearts were united. God is so good. He never leaves us and allows us to bond with and understand other women all over the world. Women are women everywhere... Beautiful and brave.

by Anna Morgan | March 17, 2017 11:11 AM

We were able to have a really special time on the beach with Patrick. As his time of youth ministry comes to a close, we were able to pray for him and commission him to the best chapter.

The "See ya Later" service was beautiful! We were able to share about our amazing experiences from the week, cry together, pray together, and leave gifts for Pastor Emmanuel and the church. What an amazing week! We are leaving part of our family in Costa Rica but they're forever on our hearts!
