Children's Ministry

by Anna Morgan | July 28, 2014 6:42 PM

This afternoon the team went to the soccer field nearby to minister and play with the children. We played with a parachute, did balloon animals, painted faces, and games. We also shared Bible study with the mommas of the children and showed a science experience illustrating forgiveness to the children. One of the children and one momma accepted Jesus! It was a great day!

Feeding Program!

by Anna Morgan | July 29, 2014 10:33 PM

This afternoon we drove to Nicoya go take part in Pastor Warner’s feeding program. His church is held in a lot and is a safe place for dozens of children. The team played with the children for a while and then served a meal. A Bible study lesson was shared and games were played. The Lord says to feed His children, and so we did. Food was prepared for 60 people, but we actually served 90! God still multiplies food! It was a great day!

This afternoon we had the opportunity to go back to the soccer field with the children. The team played hard. They painted faces, played games, shared a Bible study lesson with the moms, and performed skits. It was an amazing day! Pray for us tomorrow as we go to the local school to share the gospel, spend more time on construction, and have our good bye service.
