Friendly Baptist Church

We are so excited to be back in this beautiful country to serve! We thank God for safe travels. We can’t wait to see what God will do this week!

After a delicious lunch we headed down South to Silver Creek where Pastor Pop was anxiously awaiting for us! We are glad to reunite with him and his community.

After a good night rest it’s time to join our brothers and sisters to praise the Lord! Praying over the children for God’s divine guidance

This afternoon we were invited to the home of a brother who is not doing well health-wise. The team prayed with faith believing that God will grant the brother relief!

Time to worship and praise the Lord! We got to sing some songs alongside the congregation.

Our first day of VBS kicked off today! Palms 100:3, teaching the kids that God made us and not we our selves.

The ladies today had the opportunity to learn how to make some coconut crust empanadas from scratch. Sister Rosa patiently taught us how to make them. It was nice to be a part of this.

Making the house of the Lord more beautiful! Painting up the inside of the church makes it look brighter.

Second day, and we have more kids this morning! We shared with them Salvation Plan. They did some bracelets with different color and a little snack at the end!

Alex learning some Ketchi, the youths from the church are the teachers.

Another project for this week is fixing up the church fence. Taking advantage of the sun to dry the concrete faster.

E get extra help today, the kids from the church are helping us sandpapering the doors so we can varnish them.

Last night was a great night! We had a special dinner with the kitchen ladies and some church brothers! We gat to spend some quality and fun time with them. These amazing people has served us so well that we had to make them feel special.

We gathered tonight to worship the Lord! The kids shared with the congregation what they been learning at VBS these past days! We are so glad that the seeds are been planted in their little hearts.

Later after lunch we did some packing of good. We feel so grateful to be able to bless some families here in Silver Creek

After packing up some food bags we headed out into the homes. We prayed for the families prayer requests and also got know them better.
