Community Methodist Church

We have arrived in Greenville! We are so excited to be at Lighthouse Mission Church this week serving Greenville Christian School!

Today, we spent our morning with Lighthouse Mission Church getting filled with the Word! We heard a great message about not losing our wonder for God, and we can’t wait to get out this week and be in awe and wonder of what He is going to do!

We began cleaning and taking out the nails of the front office of Greenville Christian school to prep the walls for paint!

To prep for painting tomorrow, we turned on some worship music and put primer on the front office walls. We had fun to worshipping and serving!

We began painting the walls of office and put primer on the walls in the hall ways. It was so cool to see how a fresh coat of paint can brighten up a place!

We began demo on the bathrooms! From stripping away old paint to tearing down old stalls this project is coming along!

We continued the painting job into the hallway and began doing the trims!

After much chipping away of old paint and priming, we were able to get the bathroom stalls painted!

We bleached and scrubbed the walls and floors of the bathrooms!

We put up mirrors in the men’s and women’s bathrooms of Lighthouse Mission Church!

After days of scrubbing, painting, worshipping, and learning we completed our projects!

We just said our goodbyes and now we are on our way back to Florida! We are so grateful to God for leading us to GCS this week and for letting us love on this sweet school. May these renovations play a small part in these students and staff seeing how deeply the Lord loves and cares for them.
