Grabill Missionary

After getting settled in, we had our orientation meeting. We instantly became like family, like we knew each other all our lives! We are excited to serve together this week!

We were excited to attend service with our Host Church. Pastor Andrew gave a very good teaching to us all!

We got the chance to hike and see the beautiful Elk River Falls.

Our hike to the falls followed along the beautiful mountainside!

We were able to put fresh stucko on the wall to prevent further water damage.

We were able to put the plastic up to create a vapor barrier from the basement to the upstairs rooms.

We were able to put a fresh coat of stain on the porch.

Ms. Jean did a great job staining the rest of the steps today.

The doors leading into the gym got a fresh coat of paint to spruce them up.

Conor was showing us his Ninja Stucco skills.

Trying to decide whether to work, or workout! J/K. We put a fresh coat of paint on the walls in the workout room.

Conor is ready to pounce on anyone that gets near Mike.

Mike used his skill to put new gable ends up on the pump house.

We were able to finish the painting to freshen up the walls damaged from a small fire.

Here we have Mike emerging from what we renamed the Dungeon!

Jeff, from our Host Church, shared a meal and time with the team to give the update of how far the community has come since Hurricane Helene from 2 years ago.

Although our week has flown by, we are headed out to continue to do great things! Thank you to our host church for allowing us to serve them, as we serve The Lord!
