We are ready and excited to serve alongside an amazing local church and team this week!

We made it to airport and we are so excited and happy to work this week with Pastor Donald and the church.

We had a great time this morning, God spoke to us through several people that shared testimonies and Pastor Donald’s sermon about, enjoying life in God promises!

After the service and lunch with the church, we went to get all the groceries for food distribution ministry.

Once we packed all the groceries, we got some time to pray for the people we are going to visit this week. We are so eager not only to bless them with the groceries but with God’s news.

After we finished with the bags for food distribution, we went to the river to enjoy the afternoon and the cool water!

As one of the ministries this week, we are painting chairs at church while the other part of the team is at school. They prepared some activities for the kids there!

We had a great time with the kids at the local school in Palmitas, we thought them some dances and games, they enjoyed every moment!

After lunch we went out to visit families in the community.

It was impactful to see the way God is working in the community and to come alongside Pastor Donald and his work.

After a wonderful time visiting houses, painting and coffee, we got some time to play volleyball and soccer with the locals.

This morning we worked with first and second graders, we spent time together knowing each other and having some games.

We blessed more families this afternoon including Isabel, one of the ladies from the kitchen. She is going through hard moments now, but God has provided and we are happy to be part of it.

Yesterday after food distribution, we went to the community soccer field, where people from the community join in and play different sports with us. It is a fun time where we get to connect with them in a natural way!

On our final day we played with the 5th graders. We got to connect with them. And it was beautiful to see their faces full of joy!

Today we visited pastor Erik and his wife, they’ve worked with this community since 2023, we blessed them with this bag of groceries and we could bless 5 more families from their church.

We went to the soccer field one last time. Where we were able to have intentional conversations and interaction with the children and people that came and had been coming every day.

It’s not easy to say goodbye to our family and friends, but something that we remind ourselves it’s about the amazing experience we had, the love we poured in this church and community was multiplied to us. Now we leave this country but not in the same way we came.
