Welcome to Panama
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 7, 2026 8:19 PM
We made it to Panama! After a smooth pickup from the PPM staff, we got the best surprise at our lodging place when Pastor Nelson and some local church members were waiting to give us a huge, warm welcome in person.

Service
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 8, 2026 6:22 PM
We enjoyed an incredible time of unity and praise with our brothers and sisters in Panama. Started worshiping together and then Pastor Cesar spoke about the body of Christ and how we all belong together.

Getting to Know our Partners
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 8, 2026 6:58 PM
We took time this afternoon to get to know Pastor Nelson and his Wife Betty better. There is a beautiful legacy we get to be part of, and praying for one another bonds us together for the kingdom of God.

We are building such a beautiful relationship with our local church, serving together is important, it shows that God's love transcends nationality and language. We enjoyed some volleyball as well, we are one family in Christ.

Partnering with Families
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 9, 2026 5:59 PM
We stopped by the local supermarket this morning to stock up for our food distribution! Throughout the week, we’ll be visiting families across our community to offer both physical and spiritual support, sharing grocery gifts and the power of prayer.

Indigenous Reservation
by Maikel Pineda | March 9, 2026 7:46 PM
We had the chance to visit an indigenous reservation in Santa Cruz to hang out and spend some time with the community. We gave out clothing, played with kids, held babies so their mommas could take a break, and most importantly, shared the gospel. It was great to see their receptiveness.
Some women walked over an hour just to spend time with us. What a privilege!

Food Distribution
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 10, 2026 1:53 PM
The morning began with a powerful time of worship and briefing at the local church. Our team paired up with local leaders to hit the pavement. The energy in the San José heat is matched only by the warmth of the people we’ve met so far. We are walking through the heart of the community, knocking on doors, and sharing the vision for tonight’s campaign. We also deliver a bag of groceries to each family we visit and more.

Construction
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 10, 2026 1:56 PM
While half the team is out in the community, the rest of us have rolled up our sleeves at the local church. The mission today is singular but significant, restoring the main exterior wall. Years of tropical humidity and wear have taken their toll, but today we’re turning that around. There’s something deeply symbolic about strengthening the very walls that house this congregation.

Evangelical Campaign Day 1
by Maikel Pineda | March 11, 2026 12:28 PM
We had our first night of campaign, where people showed up to hear the gospel. It was truly inspiring to see that the people we invited in the morning came to hear that Jesus is Lord. We experienced an incredible time of worship and fellowship.

Visiting families
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 11, 2026 10:44 PM
Today’s visits were a powerful testament to a God who meets people exactly where they are, providing for both their physical hunger and their spiritual longing. As we delivered bags of groceries, we had the profound privilege of preaching and testifying about the life-transforming power of Christ, witnessing firsthand how the practical act of service opens hearts to the message of salvation.

Children
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 11, 2026 10:52 PM
It was a true shoulder-to-shoulder effort today as we leaned into our partnership with the local church to welcome 40 high-energy kids for a day of ministry. We hit the ground running alongside the local leaders, working in total sync to manage the beautiful chaos of games, activities, and intentional biblical teaching.

Second night of campaign
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 11, 2026 10:57 PM
The second night of our campaign was a powerful testament to the value of early morning outreach, as many of the individuals we invited earlier in the day came to the service. By sharing personal testimonies, we created an atmosphere of openness that culminated in a move of the Spirit, with many people stepping forward to commit their lives to Jesus.

Celebration
by Jonathan Alvarez | March 13, 2026 12:43 AM
We are so thankful for what The Lord has done this week, We brought people to Jesus by his grace and with unity among the people of God. Today we celebrated, and embraced our new family in Christ.
