Arise Student Ministries

We just finished worshipping with Thorn Creek Reformed Church! Pastor Mark talked to us last night about the community of South Holland we will be serving. We are excited and our hearts are ready for all God has in store!

We had the opportunity to sing with the worship band this morning. 

Today we toured the different ministry sites and prayed over the people we are going to be serving. We saw a lot of different locations and parts of the community!

We’re getting the morning started with a word from principal Neal of Unity Christian Academy before we tackle some yard work! We’re grateful the Lord has used us to be a vessel in order to bless Neal, the school and staff, and its building!

Today we hopped over to Calvary Community Church to help out with some beautification on the landscaping!

We continue at Calvary Community Church by tackling this weed jungle! 

Today we hopped over to Cedar Lake ministries to serve Tim and his maintenance squad prepare for an upcoming wedding venue! 

We’re finishing up our service with Cedar Lake ministries and maybe a dip in the lake later!

Blessed to start our rec day with a train ride to The Bean, then Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier!!

No better way to end a day in the city than with a nice baseball game!
