Radiant Church

Sunday morning was spent with Twin Branch Pentecostal Church! We had a great time worshipping with the community and spending time with the Lord!!

We went to Little Sparrow, a local food pantry, to sort all kinds of items for the community. Food, water, hygiene products, and more was all organized for people in the community!

Heading down to West Virginia we didn’t really know what we were going to be doing. Vaguely we knew about the people we could be reaching and the tasks we could be completing. The idea of connecting with people who have the same struggles as us struck and was a driving force to get us to come on this trip. 

We have had some of the experiences that we thought we would have, but for the most part this is very different than what we imagined. However, the Lord used the description of the trip to get us here so we could use our gifts that we would be using. and this week, that would be laying bricks. 

There is no greater joy than participating in what the Lord has planned. 

Wednesday we had a beautiful day to work at a church led by Pastor Keith! Listening to his stories while washing dishes muddied from the flood was a great way to see the provision of the Lord!!
