Prepared Hearts

This morning we got to meet so many wonderful people from our host church. Before we went inside to hear the Word, we took some time to prepare our hearts for what God had to say.
Beach Baptisms!

Today after an amazing time of worship and hearing an incredible message, we got to be present to witness 6 people get baptized! Afterwards, we prayed over them and celebrated this amazing milestone for each of them!
Loaves & Fishes

After a relaxing team walk on the beach, and then supper, we helped a ministry called Loaves & Fishes to do their dishes (that is so fun to say)! We also helped to organize their containers and help prepare them for their next cooking day.

The rest of our team is helping at our host church by painting the interior doors. It feels amazing to serve the local church and its members in this way!
We also helped some volunteers from Loaves & Fishes to pick up food and unload it into their storage!

This evening we drove to Charlottetown to the Outreach Center to hand out meals to those in need. We were blessed to meet Hailey, who leads Servant Heart Ministries as well as Roxanne who is staff at the Outreach Center and some new friends as well.

We started our rec day with a stop at the famous island author Lucy Maud Montgomery's Birthplace! She lived here for the first year and a half of her life.

We closed out our day of traveling the North shore at the beach. We had the whole beach almost to ourselves and just enjoyed the beauty of PEI and God's creation.

You are annointed and You annoint this team, touching each head. Thank You , thank You God for what You've done with Your team and for what You will do with Your, opening up opportunities for Your love and care to be shared and received. ALLELUIA! Thank You for touching tummies, holding hands and providing boxing gloves as needed. Thank You that You are more powerful than the enemy and You give us the power in the name of Jesus to send the enemy away. Go God. We send this team out with You, our beloved Savior. Amen.
