First Baptist Church Carrollton

Hey First Baptist Church Carlton, this is Jacky (right) and Josie (left) and we are SO excited for your arrival this evening! Can’t wait to meet serve and fellowship with each one of you, blessings! 

Our team got settled at our partner location today, and after setting up sleeping arrangements we found some delicious seafood for dinner! 

We were so blessed to be able to attend church at New Colony Baptist Church and worship with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Two of our team members were able to share testimonies during the service. Afterwards, there was a potluck and time of fellowship to honor the New Colony Youth leaders. 

We were able to drive to New Hampshire and Maine last night after our ministry projects. How fun to be in the family of Christ!

While some ladies tackled the prayer room, another part of our team worked on mulching the front of the church. We love making God's house beautiful inside and out ;)

Today our team had the opportunity to go into the local community and share about New Colony Baptist church and the various ministries they host. We were able to have lots of good conversations and make friends with strangers! How cool!!

After a morning of walking in the hot sun, our team worked on various projects around the church before setting up for the block party! We helped with bounce houses, snow cones, face painting and more! Thanks New Colony community for this experience 

We all banned together to finish the last of our indoor projects for this week! Successfully painted the bathrooms and fireplace, go team! 

While mom and dad had a relaxing night of painting upstairs, some of the team was able to provide free childcare for participating families during the painting time. We listened to Bible stories, colored pictures, got faces painted, blew bubbles and best of all… bounced in the bouncy house
