Bethel (Vida Nueva)

Empezamos nuestro primer día de misiones encomendado a Dios todos nuestros planes, buscando su dirección y con la certeza de exaltar su nombre y compartir de su amor en la comunidad de el triángulo, masatepe. El equipo  se movilizó por una hora para llegar a la.comunidad donde estarán sirviendo junto a la iglesia el Buen Samaritano y el pastor José Lopez. 

We began our first day of missions entrusting all our plans to God, seeking His direction and with the certainty of exalting His name and sharing His love in the community of El Triangulo, Masatepe. The team traveled for an hour to reach the community where they will be serving alongside the Buen Samaritano Church and Pastor José Lopez.

On our first day we were able to participate in one of the general services at the church. This was a very special moment where we were able to worship, pray for one another, fellowship, and grow in unity. When God's people are united, great miracles happen, and the supernatural power of God is activated to heal, restore, and save those who need to know about Jesus. 

En nuestro primer día pudimos participar en uno de los servicios generales en la iglesia. Este fue un momento muy especial dónde pudimos adorar, orar los unos por los otros, confraternizar y crecer en unidad. Cuando el pueblo de Dios está unido grandes milagros suceden, y el poder sobrenatural de Dios es activado para sanar, restaurar, y salvar a los que necesitan conocer de Jesus.

"If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land" 

     2 Chronicles 7:14

Pastor Jose has a great love for the people of his community and his goal is to reach all the inhabitants of the Triangulo with the gospel of Christ. It was a great opportunity to work alongside him and his church doing house-to-house evangelization where we shared a word of hope and salvation with families.

pastor José tiene un gran amor por la gente de su comunidad y su suelo es alcanzar a todos los habitantes de el Triángulo con el evangelio de cristo. Fue una gran oportunidad poder trabajar junto a el y su iglesia haciendo evangelización casa a casa donde compartimos una palabra de esperanza y salvación con las familias. 

During our home visits we were able to pray for salvation, healing and restoration. Many families received a message of encouragement and hope, despite our trials and afflictions God remains faithful and his promises are true, his word is alive and effective. That is why we are crazy about Jesus and we want to share the good news of salvation with everyone!

Durante nuestras visitas en los hogares pudimos orar por salvación, sanidad y restauración. Muchas familias recibieron un mensaje de aliento y esperanza, a pesar de nuestras pruebas y aflicciones Dios se mantiene fiel y sus promesas son verdaderas, su palabra es viva y eficaz. Es por eso que estamos locos por Jesús y queremos compartir con todos las buenas nuevas de salvación! 

During our second day of missions, we were able to continue sharing the gospel from house to house. But we were also able to share some donations of clothes and food with some families. This was a great opportunity to remind these families that God loves them and that he wants to have a relationship with them.

Durante nuestro segundo día de misiones, pudimos continuar compartiendo el evangelio de casa en casa. Pero también pudimos compartir algunas donaciones de ropa y víveres con algunas familias. esta fue una gran oportunidad para recordarles a estas familias que Dios les ama y que el quiere tener una relación con ellos. 

While the missionary team continues to share the gospel, our brothers in the congregation are working tirelessly in preparing food for all those who are on this missionary journey. This act of service is a demonstration of Christ's love in action.

Each dish they prepare carries with it more than food; it carries the blessing, support and sustenance that sustains those who are on the front lines, sharing the message of salvation. Together, as one body, we are fulfilling the mission that God has entrusted to us!

Mientras el equipo misionero sigue compartiendo el evangelio, nuestros hermanos de la congregación están trabajando incansablemente en la preparación de alimentos para todos los que están en esta jornada misionera. Este acto de servicio es una demostración del amor de Cristo en acción.

Cada plato que preparan lleva consigo más que comida; lleva la bendición , apoyo y sustento que sostiene a los que están en el frente, compartiendo el mensaje de salvación. ¡Juntos, como un solo cuerpo, estamos cumpliendo la misión que Dios nos ha encomendado!

During our second day we were able to participate in a service led by the church leadership. This was a very special time because we were able to pray and share testimonies of how God has been using the local church and ministries for his glory. It was a time where we reflected on the work that our heavenly Father has entrusted us to do to reach our communities with his light and love.

Durante nuestro segundo día pudimos participar en un servicio dirigido por el liderazgo de la iglesia. Este fue un tiempo muy especial porque pudimos orar y compartir testimonios de como Dios ha estado usando la iglesia local y los ministerios para su gloria. Fue un tiempo donde reflexionamos en el trabajo que nuestro padre celestial no ha encomendado para alcanzar nuestras comunidades con su luz y amor.
