This is how we began our missionary journey. Thanks to the support of our brothers and sisters for the boat provided so that we were all comfortable, we headed towards the INDEPENDIENTE community.

Presenting the Word of God!

Independiente village is a community of no more than 100 people. There is no church or pastor who preaches in this small community. Some residents have to cross the river to attend a nearby church. Today the community came to hear the word of God in our scheduled service and Pastor Jose gave testimony of how Christ saved him. It was a precious time with prayer and worship songs.

Joy in Heaven!

One of the greatest joys of every Christian is to see others come to Christ. Today David accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. We welcomed him into the family of Christ.

Bags of Blessing!

For several weeks now, the level of the Amazon River has dropped drastically, affecting the supply of food, transportation and fuel to many communities. We know that these bags will be a great blessing in this time of need.

Church in Action!

Faith without works is dead. For this reason, the local church seeks to reach more people by demonstrating the love of Christ through these actions of a working church.
