We tasted for first time the Honduran food and it was delicious. The restaurants usually have their own crops where the ingredients are cultivated.

Gastronomy of Honduras

The people of the church prepare different types of traditional Honduran food to show how delicious is their gastronomy. Their were flour cakes with ham inside, Tamalitos that are made with corn, coconut bread; Baleadas that are flour tortillas that have fried beans and cheese inside. Everything looks delicious!

Our team raised funds to help purchase 40 more kids bibles for the children's ministry at church. This has been a huge prayer request for the church, and we are thrilled to be able to see all the bibles here this week. Praise God for answering prayers across the globe!

The guys of the group went to the supermarket this morning to purchase the groceries and cleaning supplies that we will distribute this week. Some of the church men joined us for the challenge!

We went into a rural community in Puerto Cortes today to visit families and give them groceries. We literally climbed the mountain to be able to share Christ's love and remind believers of His provision for them!
