El Salvador, we are here! We just had lunch nearby the airport and now we are on our way to Metapán, the city we are going to spend the week at! We are really excited!

We shared with the church for the first time. They welcomed us warmly, with gifts, and a delicious dinner. It will be so exciting to spend the week with them!

We started our day with a VBS for the kids from the community. We had so much fun, and it was amazing how they welcomed us.

We shared time with the pastors to get to know them better and bless them.

Praying for the pastors that God may do his will in them and that they may always be a blessing to the community.

Tonight we had the chance to share with the church our testimonies and how our lives have changed and have been fulfilled through the love of God!

Today, we were working with the team on a construction project at the church. It was hard work, but we made great progress, and we thank God that we can assist Pastor Walter. Our goal is to complete the project.

During a 94° afternoon, getting ice cream was the perfect idea! We are so happy to be here, to be sharing the gifts that God has given us and we are ready to keep doing what God has called us to do, share His love with his people here in Metapán.

We made a new friend, Alex, who cuts hair as an opportunity for ministry. The local church invited people to come get haircuts, and we prayed for them after they received the new look!

We really enjoyed sharing the Bible story with the children. Seeing how excitedly they enjoyed the story was a great blessing.

This morning we split into two groups to visit some families in the community and give them the groceries that we purchased earlier this week. We spent time getting to know them, praying for them, and sharing the Gospel. 

VBS was a success and a big blessing not just for the kids but for us too! We laughed, we sang, we danced and we learned how much God loves us and that He is always by our side!

Last night we sang, we laughed, we had s’mores and we shared what God has been doing in our lives and how much he loves us! It was a great way to end our day!

Today, Pastor Walter organized a fun outing with a nearby pastor to visit Lake Guija. We got to go on the boat, see some petroglyphs, and enjoy some great views!
