Grill Walk

LifePoint Community Church teamed with Shoulder2Shoulder & served the nearby neighborhood. There were many prayers prayed over community, prayers answered, & selfless serving. The group took a lot away from the experience with Shoulder2Shoulder & will adore the memory forever they said. 🍔✝️🫂

LifePoint Community Church shared the love of Jesus through prayer and service, meeting people with open hearts and helping hands. This sweet moment shows their team praying with a local resident after delivering food and care. “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” — Matthew 25:40 ?

Whole Pelican Helpers

Mission teams from Texas and Arizona partnered with Shoulder2Shoulder to serve the Sapulpa community, blessing families through love, service, and unity. LifePoint Community Church served alongside First Methodist Forney, living out the spirit of Psalm 133 by coming together as one body to reflect God’s heart. It was a beautiful example of what happens when the Church unites in purpose and love.

Pelicans Need Prayer Too
by Madison Gillette | June 13, 2025 11:55 AM
A volunteer from Tulsa Dream Center prays over a LifePoint Community Church mission team member, a reminder that those who serve also need to be poured into. Mission work isn’t just about giving; it’s about receiving, growing, and being strengthened in faith together. Just like in Scripture, even Jesus took time to pray and be ministered to, our teams need that same covering as they serve others.

Foot Bank Pelicans
by Madison Gillette | June 13, 2025 12:29 PM
LifePoint Community Church’s mission team rolled up their sleeves and served at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, where they helped pack an incredible 2,280 pounds of food! Every box packed was a step toward feeding families and sharing hope with those in need. They really reflected the heart of service and the joy of giving back.

Trip Refelection
by Madison Gillette | June 13, 2025 2:39 PM
During the final debrief with Praying Pelican Missions, the LifePoint team gathered one last time to pray, reflect, and share all that God had done through the week. It was sentimental and such a powerful moment of gratitude, tears, and joy as everyone looked back on how they had grown in their faith and within themselves. The week was more than just a mission, it was a sweet journey of transformation and God’s presence.
