Iglesia Cristiana Cristo Redentor

As we make our way from Puerto Rico to the Dominican Republic, we are hitting the ground running. We are only 5 but have a lot to accomplish alongside our pastor Elvis. We have many cities and towns to go to and spread the word of God through Christmas gift giving to the kids. We are humbled to meet the churches and families that will host us and are excited to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

As we are well into our mission, we took time to visit a family here in Yayales and share the gospel with them.

Today we are visiting sector Pescadero. It's our fourth visit during the day as we move along from sector to sector and town to town. We coordinated with the church that is hosted on a garage of a small house. We set up the tables and the gifts and we got to preach the word of God to the kids and sing and bring joy to them.

There are many families and needs and some don't know if they will be able to have a gift for Christmas for their children. God has truly blessed us and we want to bless others. It's a joy to give and we are so thankful for everyone that has contributed with their donations to make this happen. 

We are walking the streets of Boba, gathering the children to invite them to gather around for the gift giving. These gifts go a long way and when we come back to Puerto Rico we are also going to continue gift giving. You still have time to donate a toy for the kids. They will be distributing either in Puerto Rico or for next year when we come back to the DR.

It's Sunday and we have many more towns to visit. We are at Nagua at the borough of Bella Vista with a group from the church ready to receive families and kids and getting ready to bless people. God is good!

We have a goal to visit 6 sectors per day and we are gathered here in Los Naranjos at this communal center for a worship service for the kids and gift giving. We had a great turnout and so many children got blessed by the gifts that we brought thanks to each person that has donated and contributed to this amazing effort. We are thankful to God every day for this 4 day trip for his provision and his mercy because we get to let the children come to Jesus for theirs is the Kingdom of God. 

It may seem like a small gesture, but to these families and children, it means a lot that they can receive a gift for Christmas letting them know that God loves them. Some of these families walked a long way to be here to hear the word of God and to receive a gift.

As we are wrapping up our trip in these short days we are overwhelmed with joy as we continue visiting homes and families sharing the word of God and giving gifts to the children. This is possible thanks to God and to everyone who has supported and contributed to this amazing effort. We have a few more towns to visit as we wrap up and head back home to continue this beautiful ministry.

In every child's smile and in their eyes we can see the life of Jesus pouring out. Our hearts have been filled with joy as we have made new friends and families here in the Dominican Republic. We have so much to be thankful for.

As we wrap up our time here, we are thankful to God for all these amazing experiences. We have made new friends and families in the love of Christ and we now return to Puerto Rico to continue the ministry of gift giving with the kids in Puerto Rico. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this amazing effort. With over 2,000 kids, 16 sectors on 14 journeys we know this was only possible through God. Hasta luego y Dios te bendiga!
