After a long journey, we're finally back in Guatemala! We're so excited so serve alongside Pastor Miguel's church. 

We finally made it, and we're looking forward to serving in this beautiful place. 

Today, we packed 30 bags to bless 30 families from the community. We want to let them know there's a local church who cares for them, as well as a Heavenly who holds their lives in His hands.

Pastor Miguel shared with us his journey as a pastor and how he ended up being the lead pastor of a church who has been in the town for almost 51 years!

These days we've enjoying this breathtaking view in San Pedro La Laguna. The mountain in the background is known as "Mayan Face" because it's peculiar shape resembles a face. 

During food distribution, we met Mrs. Rosa, a Tz'utujil speaker – a Mayan Indigenous language native to this region. She knits belts for traditional Mayan clothing, a craft she's working to preserve as it fades from newer generations.

While two teams did food distribution, one team worked on digging holes for the foundation for what is gonna be a rehab center for those struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. 

We pray that this project can be finished and help so many people in need.

During food distribution, our Andrews assisted thus visually impaired men who needed an extra hand to walk around the park. 

We love the intentionality of these young men to serve anybody. 

We finished the home visits! It was such a great and blessed experience where we could share the gospel and encourage those who needed it.

We also enjoyed the company of Aleyda, Eleany, and Gersón, our amazing bus driver.

Our hard-working friends had the chance to go back to Pastor Geovanni's project. 

We all pray that this rehab center blesses and changes the life of many people.

We had a VBS to say go back to this beautiful place, but we also got to have some piñatas for the kids and their parents. 

We had so much fun.

Pastor Miguel joined us at dinner to thank us for the job we've done for the community. Additionally, the sisters from church prepared some delicious rice tamales for all of us! 

We had so much fun on our free day at the Lake Atitlán. We went shopping, admired the view, and drank lots of coffee.

It's hard to say goodbye to a beautiful country where we can see God's mighty hand. 

We can't wait to return home and share what we experienced with friends and family. It's sad to say goodbye, but we know we'll be back.
