Just the Crumbs Ministries
by Almando Jean Louis | April 13, 2025 7:22 AM
Just the crumps ministries started with a man with a hotdog cart. After a tornado ripped through his neighborhood, he was the first to deliver some relief to the survivors with his little hotdog cart. Seeing his heart and passion to serve, communities and donors rallied alongside him, bring him bigger grills, gas tanks, and more supplies to help people in need. Then he grew into a much bigger operation.
A little over 6 months ago when hurricane Helene hit Western North Carolina, Brandy who ran a mechanic shop for 17 years, took over his dad's vision and passion, set sail to WNC to serve food to the survivors of the hurricane. As he was serving food, people also shared their needs for repairs and clean ups with him. Besides food services, he started offering help to homeowners, filling their work orders as well.
Just the Crumbs Ministries has been since instrumental in helping people get back on their feet and spreading the Good News of the Gospel to affected communities.
We are glad to be a part of this effort and pray that the Lord uses us to further His Kingdom.
To God be all the glory!

Camp's Office Deck
by Almando Jean Louis | April 13, 2025 4:15 PM
The Bible Camp has been around for over 100 years. It's original office building still stands but has seen some better days. The building is also tilted about 2 degrees on one side. We are going to level that side and build a brand new deck.
The camp has been instrumental in hosting volunteers who come to help the survivors of the hurricane.

X's House
by Almando Jean Louis | April 13, 2025 4:21 PM
Ms. X's house took a hard hit by the hurricane. She and her family were in the house when the raging waters came and swept away her front porch and almost ripped apart her back porch and deck. Thankfully, the water only got up to 6 inches inside the upper level. Since they were we there, they immediately started ripping the carpet.
We are hoping to get the back porch back on its feet, fill the hole with rocks and hopefully start building the front porch again.

Ms. G's House Project
by Almando Jean Louis | April 13, 2025 4:26 PM
Ms. G's house was also flooded. Her trailer house has been under reconstruction for a while. She has new flooring and new drywall. A team came and helped paint today. We will be installing crown molding, trim, doors, cabinets and appliances.
We are glad we can help.

Serving Sunday

We were itching to work on something today at the Bible camp, so we decided to tackle the office project. Ms. Sheila, the director of the Bible camp, works from this little building which was beginning to fall apart and lean. We are redoing the porch today.
