Clarkston United Methodist Church

This is our staff for the week. Los Ticos! 

Meet Gabriel, Sammy and Fio! They are ready and eager to serve this week alongside us and Pastora Cristy! We can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for everyone of us this week. 

We made it safe and sound to Costa Rica! We can’t wait to start this week of ministry and serve alongside Pastora Cristy. 

What a wonderful welcome! We were received with a special dance and a wonderful service! We heard from Pastora Cristy about always seeking the first love so we can love and share about Christ to others. 

We had a great time worshiping the Lord this morning! It is just amazing how we worship and praise the same God in different ways! How this church loves God is just amazing! 

We had time to hear from the local pastor. Pastora Cristy has a great heart for the community, especially the kids! Her testimony is powerful because God has been with her through the trial! 

We ended our time praying over Pastora’s family! 

We started our first construction project! We worked this morning in the new bathroom for the church. We will remove the old roof of the showers and bathrooms and we will build a new one! After that, we will start the storage for the Feeding Program 

We built the new bathroom walls this morning! Becca did an amazing job pouring and setting the block to fit perfectly in the wall! 

We had so much joy today while delivering groceries for Food Distribution. We loved to see people’s smiles when we gave the bags! It was such a joy to us! 

During this final day of ministry, we started at the construction site. We worked on a drain system and we were able to finish the roof. 

Next level: Tortillas!
