Faith and Life Fellowship Ministries

Faith and Life Fellowship Ministry arrived into Belize and made it safely to  Hattieville  this afternoon and are excited for the week of Ministries. 

Today the team came to church and we praised God  together as one body of Christ.  The  word of God was given today by Deacon Garfield Young and he spoke on being obedient and  submissive to God. When God tells us to go, we should GO. Trust in him and he will direct our paths. We were also blessed to see our sisters in Christ praising the Lord with the song Way Maker and blessed with a contemporary praise dance by Ms. Indira.  Wow, God uses each and everyone differently and it’s all for his glory. 

Preparing the food packages with some of the local members of Hattieville Baptist Church. The Bible says in Deuteronomy  15:10 - “Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and everything you put your hand to.” How amazing is this that we can serve together! 

Took off running this morning. 

The team visited with Mrs. Carmela Gallego - Principal of  the Hattieville Government School - and got some time to discuss with her and prepare for the visit that will be done with the entire student body on Wednesday. Seeing there are some teachers in the group, it was exciting to share and learn about the differences between the school systems. 

What a first day of VBS!!! The kids showed up and had an awesome time in the Lord - painting, sports and learning more about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

The  verse taught at VBS today was  Romans 3:23 - “For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” We all need that reminder about what a mess we were before we became followers of  Jesus. 

What a blessing it is to bless others!

The team did several home visits through the neighborhood of Hattieville and gave out food packages. They took the opportunity to speak and pray with them. 

Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates his own love towards us in this: while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

The kids learnt this new memory verse today at VBS. They showed up, participated and had fun learning about the word of God. 

Beautiful day to share the love and word of God to young minds. The team did a skit and dance presentation to the entire student body of Hattieville Government School. Later on, they were allowed to visit each classroom and sit with the kids and talk with them; as well as the teachers.
