by Jeric Montealto | November 17, 2024 6:13 PM

We made it! We are really happy to be here in CR. We missed one day because of the tropical storm affecting them, but we know God’s in control and we’ll do our best to support not only the pastor but the community affected.

Awaken Night Day #1

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 12:19 AM

Monday night we finished the day preaching about forgiveness and how important it is to forgive the ones who have hurt us. Some people came forward. They shared their stories and we prayed for their lives. Our mighty God healed people and we heard the testimonies. We are so honored to be used by God!

Visit to a Local Museum

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 12:52 AM

We were so excited to visit one of the local museums and also a national heritage in CR. We found so many old implements. We also had the chance to bless this lady, who owns the house. We helped her with some clothes for the kids as God put in our hearts, because she has been raising money and supplies to help the families affected by Sara’s storm, so we were so happy to contribute.

New Church Property

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 12:31 PM

Yesterday afternoon we visited the property where the pastor has envisioned the new church building will be. We took time to worship God and to pray over the land and the many souls that will come to Him in this new place. May the Lord provide everything they need for this new project.

Food Distribution Day #2

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 1:17 PM

Yesterday we kept visiting houses. We had the opportunity to go to Teresa’s house. She usually comes to the church and she’s leading her kids to walk in God’s path. One of her prayers was for provisions for the ones more affected for Sara’s storm.

VBS Day #2

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 1:34 PM

Yesterday’s story with the kids was about the crucifixion. The big sacrifice Jesus made for us and how important it was. After that we played duck duck goose, we made some bracelets and we had some cookies.

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 1:40 PM

This morning as we were finishing the painting inside, we started outside with this beautiful color. It was raining this morning but a few hours later we had an amazing sunny day so we took advantage of that.

by Jeric Montealto | November 20, 2024 1:48 PM

When we visit the houses God always surprises us to see how open the people are. They invite us to go into their houses. They open their hearts and share the stories about the tough moments but also about the goodness of God and we are amazed about it.

Awaken Night Day #3 and Goodbye Service

by Jeric Montealto | November 21, 2024 12:05 PM

Our last day of awaken night was incredible! God talked to us in so many ways. He talked directly to some of the church members and to some people visiting for the first time and now, because of the great things God did these days, they will start attending the services and we praise the Lord for that!
On the other hand, to say goodbye is not easy, but God’s willing we’ll see them next year.
