New Wave Academy!

by Quevit Francisco | February 26, 2024 9:20 PM

Pastor Silver and his church opened a new English academy where their objective is to prepare the community professionally but also take this opportunity to present the gospel of Christ. We had the opportunity to practice English with the students and it is very impressive to see the motivation and commitment they have to be able to acquire  this language.

Construction Project!

by Quevit Francisco | February 27, 2024 11:15 PM

We had the opportunity to work on the remodeling of the church stage. We were able to clean and remove wooden structures and paint the walls that were no longer useful. Pastor Silver plans to change the facade of the stage and improve the conditions of the temple where the worship and praise services to the Lord Jesus are held.

Fellowship in the Gospel

by Jeremy Seiman Saavedra | February 27, 2024 11:33 PM

Although we do not speak the same languages, there are times when the spirit of God does not need to speak through words. God has allowed us to meet incredible people in Nicaragua who have become our family.

Following the Example of Jesus

by Jeremy Seiman Saavedra | February 27, 2024 11:48 PM

13 You call me Master and Lord: and you say well; for so I am.
14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; you also ought to wash one another's feet.
15 For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.
16 Truly, truly, I say to you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.  John 13: 13-16

Water Park

by Geovanny Molina | February 29, 2024 12:08 AM

We spend time with the kids of the community at the water park. There is nothing better than sharing God's joy with someone else. Besides our words, we could show the love of God with our actions.

Ice Cream Time!

by Geovanny Molina | February 29, 2024 12:28 AM

After an afternoon full of fun but also heat in the water park we think that it couldn't be a better option than to finish the day with an ice cream and spending more time with our brothers and sisters in the body of God.

León Cathedral!

by Quevit Francisco | March 1, 2024 3:01 AM

The team had the opportunity to visit the cathedral of Leon. This cathedral was built between 1747 and the beginning of the 19th century with designs by the Guatemalan architect Diego José de Porres Esquivel. It expresses the transition from baroque to neoclassical architecture and its style can be considered eclectic.  It is a very beautiful place and the view of the city from the roof is impressive.

Pacific Ocean!

by Quevit Francisco | March 1, 2024 3:07 AM

God's creation is marvelous and we were able to appreciate it. We were able to visit Peñitas beach. It is a beautiful place. We swam in the Pacific ocean and enjoyed the delicious Nicaraguan food. It was a blessed and fun day.

It has been a great week of ministry and God has given us the opportunity to grow, serve and share His love. Today we said goodbye to our family here in Nicaragua. Pastor Silver and all the congregation prayed  for us to have safe travels back home and that God will continue to use our lives to proclaim the gospel everywhere we go.
