We drove a little during the morning to get the groceries for Food Distribution. This week we will be able to bless 50 families with a bag of groceries! We cannot wait to visit them, present the gospel and pray for each family prayer request.

We had our first worship and revival night. We had an amazing time and the Holy Spirit moved in the place. We had a mix of English and Spanish worship but the main thing was that we were on fire for Jesus.

Pastor Gene shared the word this first night and he reminded us about David. David plead to the Lord to be on fire for him. To be able to worship with him in revival. We as the church need to ask the Lord to bring fire and revive our desire to worship and to seek him to be able to go and pour into the lost ones.

We spent a very valuable time with Pastor Nelson during the morning. He shared with us how life is going and the things they desire to do to reach more people for Christ. It is wonderful that we are on the same page without knowing!! The church needs revival, and we both agree on that!

We had a blast at the school with the kids! They bring us so much joy and love for God! 
We had the opportunity to spend time with them and teach them about David and Goliath. They had fun, danced and made a craft with us!

We had the opportunity to deliver more bags of groceries in the afternoon! We heard many stories from the community, and we pray God washes away all the sadness and brings joy and revival to the hearts of our brothers and sisters here!

We had a very powerful time during the training session. Today, we left something behind, something we do not need any more! Something was not letting us moving forward to God! Our recovery process just began!

Our Desire is for Revival!

Last night, we had another awesome worship night! The band performed in such an amazing way that everyone was able to connect with the Holy Spirit. 

Pastor Gene shared the word about the Good Samaritan. Most of the time we are comfortable in the ditch looking at people going back and forth when God is calling us for more that being in a confortable position!

We started off our day by delivering 5 bags of groceries. We had the opportunity to visit Los Lirios, a community Pastor Nelson oversees and cares for.

We had a blast on our second day of VBS at the school. The kids learned about how important are friendships that love, build, encourage us! Like David and Jonathan, kids wrote those words that describe their friends in the arrows of friendship.

We went out for a second time to deliver more bags of groceries. We had the wonderful opportunity to visit Alfonso again! 
He is over a 100 years old and he is such an amazing man of God! 
We also have one salvation! There is joy in heaven because Julia has let Jesus live in her heart!

We had a great service yesterday. It is wonderful to see people we have visited during food distribution come to our Revival Nights at church! 

Pastor Gene reminded us once again what revival entails and brings to the Christians! In unity, as one church, we need to plead to the Lord to bring revival to our lives every day.

We started off our day by delivering groceries in the community of Los Lirios and Malinche. We were able to visit several families, where we heard their stories, and we could pray for their needs!

As we visited families during the morning, we also gave kids bracelets and stickers. We love the simplicity of the joy that kids can bring to our lives. Definitely, they are the pure example of the Joy of the Lord!

On our final day, Pastor Gene trained the attendees in the steps to create their own Recovery Meeting. This will help them to have more positive results at the time of sharing with others.

We spent some time visiting the community once again. We wanted to deliver as many bags as we could to be able to meet and bless people in the different communities!

We had a blast with the kids at the church! Over 30 kids gathered with us and we sang, and learned and did a craft together! It was such a wonderful and fun time we had!

We had a wonderful time exploring nature in Costa Rica! We took a boat and rode through the Sarapiqui and Puerto Viejo’s Rivers.
