Today the sisters prepare food bags for each family in Santa Martha. all of them with a prayer of blessing. We hope that in this way we add to the table of each home a grain of sand that shows the love of Christ.

21 bags of food were prepared for each household. God put  in our hearts to take these bags to every home since Santa Marta is a place where it is not easy to find basic products for food preparation.

Throughout the day the haircutting service was available to the men and children of the school. More than 20 people were blessed through this service. Our brother Elger felt very useful in the work of God through this ability that the Lord gave him.

Little by little the gentlemen came to listen to the teaching of the Word of God. We thank God because the seed of His Word was planted in the lives of these brave men.

The number of children in this community is small but we believe that God has allowed us to reach this community to show God's love in them. Sister Lupita, Johan, Sayuri and Letty did a great job. "Train up achild in the he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Today's lesson was: The story of Jonah and the Fish. The children really enjoyed the lesson, they learned songs, learned memory verses, and now it's time to color the Jonah story sheets.

In the afternoon we formed two groups to go house to house to invite the community members for the service and the projection of the movie at night.

We started the service at 7pm. A the entire population came! We sang some hymns, some praises and had an evangelistic message from the Pastor.

Pastor Reynerio presented food bags house by house. After praying, the residents were very grateful and surprised by the gesture that the Church of Christ makes for them.

At the end of our work, the leader of Santa Marta gave a word of thanks for the work that "The local church" did in their community. He expressed that it is not very common to see locals do this type of work. They also asked us to continue visiting them to perform services and eventually build a temple.
