No Longer Strangers

by Agata Dueck | February 17, 2024 11:10 PM

We were given a group of people that will be intentionally connecting with us throughout the week.  We already feel that we are no longer strangers because we are a family in Christ.

Sunday Service

by Kimberly Perez | February 18, 2024 4:38 PM

This morning, Tyler delivered a powerful message to the congregation and shared his life story with us. He encouraged the entire church to spread the word of God to our neighbors, friends, and everyone around us. Tyler urged us to share our own stories, so that more people may come to know Jesus our Lord and Savior.

We believe that God will do great things and will bless every family we will have the opportunity to meet.

by Agata Dueck | February 18, 2024 10:32 PM

Isaac spoke to the youth about how their value in Christ is determined by what Jesus did for them on the cross. Also, we had a few games which helped connect with them.

Food Distribution

by Kimberly Perez | February 19, 2024 9:40 PM

We started the ministry of food distribution and we had the huge blessing of knowing some families. We heard a lot of powerful testimonies and saw how big their faith was even in difficult situations.

We are going to continue praying for their lives and also for their prayer requests.

VBS

by Agata Dueck | February 20, 2024 1:00 AM

The story of Adam and Eve was told to the kids, sharing how sin had entered, but that God had a plan for salvation and eternal life with Him. Then afterwards games and activities were done with them.
“It was sweet to see how there was one kid who last year got a Bible from the group and shared where he was reading at the moment from it.” ~Kailee

Construction Continues!

by Agata Dueck | February 20, 2024 9:06 AM

We started today by putting down ceramic tiles in the church building. We are continuing the work that was started by groups before us! It’s really cool to see the fruit of many visits.

Time Shared with the Mothers

by Agata Dueck | February 20, 2024 9:10 AM

While the kids had a story and games, a group of us women read Proverbs 31 with the mothers and focused on the value God sees in them as women. It was a blessing to see them understand better their value before God.

Construction Project

by Agata Dueck | February 20, 2024 12:33 PM

It’s special to work hand in hand with the church men that are putting down tiles. Even though there is a language barrier, we can communicate in small ways and help them out. They encourage us and make us want to give our best and it’s so fun!  ~Alyssa

Food Distribution Day 2

by Kimberly Perez | February 20, 2024 1:25 PM

Today we had the opportunity to visit 8 families. It is a great blessing for us to be able to hear them and to know them better.

It is beautiful to see how we can all pray together in unity, no matter the language barrier.

God's Love

by Kimberly Perez | February 20, 2024 10:50 PM

We had a devotional today where we talked to the women about God's love and how we might freely receive it. Along with making bracelets together, we also took a moment to share some stories.

A Special Time

by Kimberly Perez | February 22, 2024 1:17 AM

Today we shared our afternoon with the women of the community. It was a very special time in which we made bracelets, painted our nails and sang together.

We also had a devotional and we remember that God loves us and we must put our trust in Him and not believe the things others say about us.

We are Family

by Kimberly Perez | February 22, 2024 1:25 AM

We have had beautiful days meeting the women of the community, and it has been amazing to hear some of their testimonies.

After enjoying the afternoon, we took this photo all together, and it is only to say that we are already family!

Blessed to be a Blessing!

by Agata Dueck | February 22, 2024 8:16 AM

Today was our last day of food distribution. Once more it was a blessing to share time with the families that we visited. We walk away with so much to thank God for and a heart for the people in the community.

Blessed to be a Blessing!

Sweat, Smiles and Jesus

by Agata Dueck | February 22, 2024 8:27 AM

Final day with the kids of the community. After the Bible story we had a blast creating hats and swords from balloons and then getting chased by the kids with them. It’s been a joy to spend time with them and in that way show them the love of Jesus.

Women’s Night

by Agata Dueck | February 22, 2024 9:07 AM

“The women of Sardinal are full of so much hope, life and joy in the midst of many hard circumstances. They came to women’s night with hunger for God's word and to join in community to worship Him. Not only did we hear and share many stories of God's faithfulness, but we were able to experience His presence with over 60 women praising Him at once.” ~ Ashlyn

See You Later!

by Agata Dueck | February 23, 2024 6:36 PM

We started has strangers but tonight we have a family, hoping and praying that God will allow us to see each other again. The see you laters were bittersweet, sweet because it was beautiful how God was in the midst of these new friendships. Pastor José gave an amazing message of how companionship should be like a cord of three strands, it is not easily broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)
