FBC Young Adults

We made it safe and sound! We are so happy to be here. Now we are on our way to the lodging. 

We started the day by greeting the members of the church and meeting pastor Carlos.

What a warm welcome we received from our host church today! We are so privileged to be working together this week. 

After a delicious breakfast at Ericka’s house we were ready for some hard work at our host church. We worked helping to finish and clean the new floor.

During our first day of VBS we had time to worship the One that is giving us the blessing to be on this mission trip. Children from church joined us in this celebration. 

This great morning our team delivered some of the bags. We are  very excited to see how God shows his love and compassion to some of the people in the community who were blessed with these bags of food.

This morning we were able to be a blessing to Patty, one of the church members, by visiting her in her recovery. It was a great way to connect.

Yesterday was the last day of ministry at our host church. During the food distribution we met Susana. She is a 80 years old grandma. She shared an amazing testimony with us. 

We will miss these children. They were so kind. It was an awesome time sharing with them. 

What a great moment we lived with the ladies from church Jireh. We were able to wash their feet letting them know how much the Lord loves them. 

To get to this home, we had to walk 138 stairs up and down; but hey, nothing was going to stop us from praying for this beautiful family. 

After a great week of ministry the team enjoyed a day in Antigua. 

Every time there was an opportunity to serve, we took it.
