Alpharetta Presbyterian Church

Connie, Ishi and Roxana are our staff for this week, and they're ready for serving The Lord with us!

This morning we had the opportunity to worship together with our host church, it was beautiful.

This week we are going to be serving in Church Vida abundante, today is day 1 and we can wait to see what the Lord has in store for us.

Sunday afternoon we went to store and got the supplies for the bags and food distribution ministry. Since now we pray for every family we are.going to visit. 

We also spent some time hearing Pastor Francis and Melissa testimony,and their vision for the church. 

After walking and visiting houses we took a small break, this is a beautiful picture of both churches, or in reality just the church serving together. 

We visited 10 houses of the community, we delivered the bags but most importantly we pray with them, and share how wonderful and loving God is. 

We visited homes, and pray with them, many of the families we visited are part of the feeding program "arcoiris de esperanza" where there's a big movement of love and discipleship for the kids and moms of the community.

During the afternoon, we had a beautiful time of joy and laughter with the kids of the community, this are the tiny ones playing duck, duck, goose. 

Here three games are happening at the same time. And being the beautiful view of God work. 

Lots of work at the construction site are being held. We are removing more of the old floor material to get the new one! Soon this is going to look very beautiful! 

Girl power, we continue working on the floor of the church, we finish almost all of it. Can't wait to see how will look once is done!

It was bittersweet to say goodbye to all of the kids we got to know this week, but we had such a wonderful and joyful day.

Our final night together, we are going to treasure every memory of this week. God is good.
