We had a really sweet moment in the middle of our workday. We met three gentlemen, at the berry farm, and they don’t know Jesus. We were able to share the Gospel with them. After we left and went to our next work project, we took intentional time to pray for their salvation. We believe in the power of prayer and the power of Jesus to save them. We are grateful for this encounter. It reminds us that we have a purpose greater than ourselves. It reminds us that we are commissioned, by Jesus Himself, to go into the world, and to tell people of his love for them. We will continue to pray for these men, even after we go home.

Today we had the blessing of helping many people through different kinds of service! Including more lawn & garden care for an elderly woman who just recently had a stroke. She was so grateful! As well as painting a gentleman’s home too! We are at Wintergarden Food Pantry preparing bags & boxes of food for the needy. We are also getting Easter things ready for the children of the church!

The Habitat for Humanity store, in Charlotte County, has been closed since Hurricane Ian struck Florida over six months ago. We were able to go in and complete phase 1. Now, Habitat will be able to replace their floors and are one step closer to reopening. Our team worked so hard to accomplish days worth of work in just ONE day. We saw the immediate results and the fruit of coming together and working as a team.
