We are loading all the luggage in our truck to go to our lodging. We are very excited about serving the Lord and his community!

We got to our lodging for this week and are eating delicious Puerto Rican food! 

We are taking our team orientation. Excited for what God will do throughout this week!

This morning we are joining primera iglesia bautista de Celada for Bible study, worship, and service. Christian is sharing a message and his testimony . We are blessed to be here sharing this time with the church!

What a beautiful time of worship and ministry in the Sunday service of La Primera Iglesia Bautista De Celada. God is in this place. 

After finishing our lunch, Pastor Carmen Waleska and some members of the church who live in the community are telling us a little about the community and how the church was founded. We are very grateful to be here with them.

We are walking and praying in the community near the First Baptist Church of Celada. Thank God that we were chosen by him!

The beautiful community of Celada is opening the doors of their homes to us and allowing us to pray for them and their families. We are very happy to be able to pray for them and show the love of God.

At the church, we are starting our work on the grounds. There's a gazebo we are working on rebuilding, and while we take the measurements and aquire the wood, we are already cutting the tall grass around the structure. We are also walking around with the leaders of the church to learn their vision of the garden and how we can come alongside in this project. Just thinking in all the posible ministries they will be able to do is amazing!

We are helping an assisted living home for the elderly in the community. We are starting by painting, and cleaning the outsides of the building! 

We are fixing a roof for a sister in Christ from the congregation. We are very happy to be here doing this service to the community!

We are using our pro machete skills to clean up the backyard of the church. Once we do that, we will plant some of the flowers they use on their altar as decoration. We are helping each other out so we can tackle this today and be ready for the next next tomorrow. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Our team was invited to spend time with the youth from Primera Iglesia Bautista De Celada. We are now playing some board games, sharing testimonies, and worshiping the Lord through song and prayer. It is truly beautiful to see two cultures come together to worship God. 

We arrived at the Celada church where we will organize ourselves for our second day of service to the community. We are excited to see what God will do with us on this day!

We are in the First Baptist Church of Celeda, cleaning all the surroundings.

We are working hard through the process of building the church's gazebo! 

Day two of painting in the elderly home! The elders are very happy to see how their home is being transformed. We are very happy to be serving the community! 

We are grateful to be able to help paint the interior of Mrs. Ema's house. We are truly seeing God's ministry through this work.

We are painting the pastoral office. We are excited to see the final result in the church office!!

We are almost done painting the exterior of Tata’s house. The last time her house was painted was 10 years ago, so she is extremely happy with how the house is looking so far. 

We are here sharing our testimonies of the day and sharing how we have seen God in each moment. We are grateful to see God's answers on this day.

We are enjoying a good breakfast prepared for us by our chef Moncho, who has been a blessing on this trip.

The materials arrived. We are ready to start another day helping in the community and see the results at the end of the day.

We are painting a mural at the elderly home. Bringing joy through art!

The wood arrived this morning! Now we are finishing up the cleaning of the area, and building up the beams we are going to use. The progress is going fast!

God has been graceful for giving us another sunny day and a cool breeze. We are doing final touches of paint in Mrs. Ema's house. 

We are already seeing changes in Mrs. Chiki's house. We are finishing the sealer and starting with the painting. We are very happy to see the results. DIOS ES GRANDE

We are done painting the mural in the elderly home. We prayed for the elders and the employees.  They are all happy to see a change in their building. We are grateful we got the opportunity to bring joy!

We are at the worship service given by our Brother in Christ Dale Snide, based on John 15. We are very grateful to hear God's words through him.

We were able to clear out the path to the basketball court at our lodging site. Many said it was like “uncovering ancient ruins.” Hopefully, future teams will be able to continue to water the seed we planted over here. 

We were able to build a gazebo for the youth of Primera Iglesia Bautista De Celada. We pray that one day this gazebo can be used by their youth group to worship the Lord. 

We are working on the community garden. We hope that what we planted can be used for food and to decorate the church with beautiful flowers. 

We are proud to end another day in victory. Thank God for all the blessings received this week. ¡Dios es bueno!

God has blessed us with a beautiful sunset to end today… we are enjoying the waves, the good food, and the friendships God has given us the opportunity to build. Thank you, God, for such an amazing week!

We are visiting San Juan! We are very happy to be walking through the streets of Old San Juan, knowing more about the culture and creating more memories.

We arrived at the airport, with many lived experiences, very grateful for what God did this week in our hearts and for using us to help in the community.
