Saints Simon & Jude Catholic Church

We are now ready for our first day in Poland, and we will do it by experiencing the Salt Mine.  We are with great expectations of what God will do this week.

Today was an extraordinary day! We had the opportunity to visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Krakow, Poland. It was an amazing experience to see this place and learn about its history and how it was used in the past. The tour gave us insight into how salt has been mined since the Middle Ages. We were able to explore the underground chambers, galleries, chapels and statues carved out of salt, which were truly breathtaking. It was a wonderful day!

Today was a special day for us as we had the chance to meet Father Dariusz and spend time with him. It was an honor to get to know him and to be able to serve together. We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing our partnership.

We start the day with the task of buying groceries for different organizations which will be receiving these items in the coming days.

Today we were blessed to help serve breakfast and lunch at the drop in center!

It was a humbling experience for our team, and it was great to see how much impact small things can make. We also had the opportunity to meet some fantastic people and learn a little about their stories. It's always a pleasure to create memories and connect with the community.

Witnessing history firsthand! Our team had the opportunity to visit the beautiful church of St. Anne and explore its rich history. We were fascinated and inspired by how much there is to learn about this majestic building and its rich history!

Today we had the opportunity to visit the museum of the house of Pope John Paul II, a very important time for the Catholic Church and the Polish community as well.

Today was a special day for our beloved friend Thomas, as it was his birthday! We wanted to make it extra special for him, so we decided to surprise him with a special gift. We had a great time celebrating with him and we are grateful to God for blessing us with such an amazing friend. We thank God for the joy and happiness that Thomas brings into our lives every day.
