Part of the team hiked their way to Alto Jabui this morning to meet Pastor Amado. They made it there safely and are now settling down and having their orientation meeting before work starts!

We went grocery shopping today. It took a lot of teamwork to get it done but we did it. This week we will be blessing 50 families in total, 25 in Alto Jabui and 25 in Carbon.

What a lovely week we had with the women in Carbon learning about the armor of God in Ephesians 6:10. These are great women who take good care of their families. We gave them prayer journals as an encouragement in their walk with Jesus.

We had an epic soccer game in Alto Jabui with the locals. We gave everything we got, however, the locals won the game 7-1. We had so much fun!

What a wonderful time we had with the men in Carbon talking about pride. We played games, ate pizza, talked about the origin of pride in the Bible, and listened to the testimonies of the guys in our group who were vulnerable and shared how pride affected their relationship with God and with others.
